John McAfee who has inadvertently never missed a chance to be surrounded in controversy has again garnered headlines after he admitted to making illicit transaction with cryptocurrencies.
McAfee recently admitted that he had used cryptocurrencies to pay for car, entertainment, homes, food and even sex for hire services. This led to a lot of discussions against the security software programmer. Following all this ‘hubbub’ that was created because of his admission, he admitted that he bought illegal drugs, pornography, and “nearly every other questionable product or service that you can imagine — all with crypto when possible.”
He said that it was naive for his followers to assume that he never used cryptocurrency to make illicit transactions.
The incident is the second time that McAfee’s Twitter account has made news in recent weeks. At the end of December, his account was hacked and used to pump a number of cryptocurrencies in a parody of his controversial “coin of the day” series.
McAfee is no stranger to controversy. He was at the centre of the bitcoin price surge prediction tornado when he promised to to eat his d–k on national television if the bitcoin price fails to reach $500,000 by 2020. He even went on to claim that the cryptocurrency will reach a high of $1 million.
He even ran for president and had his house raided by Belize’s Gang Suppression Unit.
McAfee’s time spent on the run while sought for questioning in connection with a murder will also reportedly be dramatized in a motion picture starring Johnny Depp.
