Bitcoin can be sent via E-mail in 2020 Patent for Invention to Coinbase

The Wallets for Bitcoin are clunky.  Even the most advanced internet users are confused about it.  Coinbase has won a US patent for an invention that allows Bitcoin sending via e-mail. Thus it is expected that Bitcoin and cryptocurrency will be gaining wider adoption henceforth furthering to 2020.

The price of the Bitcoin is currently at the time of reporting the news has been trending at $7,310.  The biggest hurdle faced by Bitcoin is to make people use it.  People are not able to see the value in bitcoin, and that needs rectifying.  The cryptocurrency market gets littered with products; however, most of them are not doing well due to a lack of customers.

Patent to Send Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency via E-mail

Brian Armstrong, CEO of Coinbase, opines that this was their long-term goal. Thus can eventually provide progressing towards mainstream adoption of the token.

Armstrong previously stated, “The vision for Coinbase is creating more economic freedom for every person and business in the world over the next 10 years.”

Patent filed in March 2015 and granted earlier this month.  The submission outlined a system that will allow users to be able to send Bitcoin payment using an e-mail address linked to a cryptocurrency wallet.

Price of the Bitcoin Has Been Moving In a Downward Trend

During the second half of 2019, the price of the Bitcoin has been moving in a downward trend.  There were a lot of rumors early this year that several giant companies are moving to Bitcoin transactions, and therefore the price of the token propelled higher.  Libra from Facebook did the major rounds in the curious eyes of the US government, which feared the decline of the USD if the crypto would take force and mass adoption. Regulators narrowed down to scrutinize the technology.

YouTube Bitcoin Ban and Reversal

Earlier in the past week, it was declared that YouTube would be blocking channels of crypto-centric you tubers.  The monetization removed.  The channels were either blocked of videos temporarily not published.  Blocking done under the “regulated goods and services,” which is a class meant mainly for the sale of alcohol and drugs.

YouTube Spokesperson stated, “With the massive volume of videos on our site, sometimes we make the wrong call.” Further said, “When it’s brought to our attention that a video is removed mistakenly, we act quickly to reinstate it.”

Later YouTube stated that the decision was an “error” and further declared that the videos would get reinstated.
